This unresolved condition is not only a consequence of the installation remaining unrealised. It also exposes a methodological limit within the research itself. If embodiment describes how relationships with tools, spaces and environments become incorporated into bodily perception and action, then the embodied consequences of Breathing Room cannot be established through its computational logic alone.
They require an encounter.
This returns the practical research to the problem with which Personal Bubble began. Bodily experience can be sensed, translated and made operational, but the resulting information does not substitute for the experience from which it emerged.
